Professional Services was started in 2003 as a private consulting
company specializing in Marketing, Operations Management,
Organizational Behavior, Business Law and Finance. Since then it has
evolved into a unique niche consulting service that uses novel methods to
explore the customized needs of its clients.

Our mission extends into the concept of professional services:
“Professional Services is designed as the one source veterinarians can
trust for meeting their business needs. Professional services strives to
integrate the appropriate business needs tailored to the exact standards
set by the veterinarian. Whether it is technological integration, marketing,
or personal training of an office manager, it will be a strategic fit for the
operation. There is no way to categorize everyone’s needs to one set of
standard business solutions. The ability of Professional Services to
integrate deep into the practice setting sets it apart from all the other
consulting firms. There has to be a customized solution and we'll find it.”
About Us
Michael R. Banull D.V.M., M.B.A. (Founder and C.E.O.) began to see the
need for formal, confidential, business consultations within the veterinary
industry. Consultations at all levels from corporate to the private practice
level.
Dr. Banull has had a diverse and comprehensive career since graduating
from veterinary school in 1997. Dr. Banull left practice in 2002 to become a
consultant with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Banull served as a consultant
veterinarian with Pfizer assisting veterinarians across North American on
medicine and pharmacology in the regulatory and technical service capacity.
Dr. Banull holds an MBA degree from the Warrington College of Business at
the University of Florida. Dr. Banull has a specialty in marketing, business
law and organizational behavior. Dr. Banull has industry experience in
marketing pharmaceuticals as well as veterinary products and services.
Since he started Professional Services he has assisted veterinarians in
Florida and is expanding across the United States. In Florida, Dr. Banull
lectures at local veterinary practice and manager's association's meetings.
